THE DANG THUY TRAM CLINIC

In Thuy's memory, a clinic--named the Thuy Tram Clinic -- was built in Duc Pho Village, not far from where Thuy worked and died.  The Clinic was built with a founding gifts from the Thui Toi newspaper which carried the story of Thuy and from thousands of Vietnamese who read these articles or Thuy's diary.

Since then other clinics have built around the country and named Thuy Tram in honor of this woman who came to symbolize the bravery of her generation.

Now, with the publication of the diary in English and other languages, we hope that other readers like you, will make a gift to the Thuy Tram Fund. Your donation will provide training for staff and supplies.

We invite you to visit the small Thuy Tram Museum which is in the Thuy Tram Clinic in Duc Pho (city), in Quang Ngai (province). See the link to Tracing Thuy Tour, travel and volunteer to make the world a better place.

The architect of the museum designed the building to recall the split houses of the H're minority people. This ethnic group lived in the nearby mountains. A H're man buried Thuy's body when she was killed by the American soldiers.
